बिहार सचिवालय में प्रवेश हेतु प्रवेश-पत्र

सचिवालय में प्रवेश हेतु प्रवेश-पत्र चार प्रकार के होते हैं
1) सचिवालय के अधिकारियों के लिये पहचान पत्र
2) सचिवालय सम्वर्ग के कर्मचारियों के लिये पहचान-पत्र
3) अस्थाई प्रवेश-पत्र
4) दैनिक प्रवेश-पत्र
1) सचिवालय के अधिकारियों के लिये पहचान पत्र :-
इनके लिये स्थाई पहचान-पत्र निर्गत किये जाते हैं, जिसके लिये एक विहित प्रपत्र है, जिसे विभागीय पदाधिकारियों द्वारा अग्रसारित होना चाहिये ।
2) सचिवालय सम्वर्ग के कर्मचारियों के लिये पहचान-पत्र :-
इनके लिये स्थाई पहचान-पत्र निर्गत किये जाते हैं, जिसके लिये एक विहित प्रपत्र है, जिसे विभागीय पदाधिकारियों द्वारा अग्रसारित होना चाहिये ।
3) अस्थाई प्रवेश-पत्र
यह दो प्रकार के होटल हैं :-
a) क्रास पास :-
यह पास वैसे पदाधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को जारी किये जाते हैं, जो सचिवालय सम्वर्ग के नहीं होते हैं, परंतु या तो उनका कार्यालय बिहार सचिवालय के परिसर् में है या उन्हें पटना सचिवालय में प्राय: आना पड़ता है और उनका कार्य सचिवालय के सभी भवनों में स्थित पदाधिकारियों/विभागों में पड़ता है एवं यह सूचना पदाधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होता हैं । इसके लिये विहित प्रपत्र में अंकित सूचना उचित माध्यम से भेजना होता है ।
गैर सरकारी व्यक्तियों को एवं अन्य आपूर्तिकर्ता/ठेकेदारों आदि को निर्धारित प्रपत्र में सूचना उचित माध्यम से आने पर यदि आवश्यकता समझा जायेगा तो क्रास-पास भी जारी किये जा सकते हैं । इसके लिये निर्धारित शुल्क 10/- रूपया कोषागार में निर्धारित शीर्ष में जमा करना होगा ।
b) कार्ड-पास :-
यह पास पदस्थापन की प्रतीक्षारत पदाधिकारी/दैनिक मजदूरों को आवश्यकतानुसार स्वीकृत किये जा सकते हैं । यह पास किसी विशेष भवन में प्रवेश के लिये मान्य होते हैं तथा ये सूचना पदाधिकारी द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित होते हैं । इसकी अवधि चार महीनें के लिये होती है ।
4) दैनिक प्रवेश-पत्र :-
यह प्रवेश-पत्र किसी विशेष भवन/विभाग में किसी विशेष कार्य हेतु जानें के लिये मिलता है । यह प्रति दिन जारी किया जाता है । यह 3:00 बजे अपराह्ण के बाद सम्बन्धित विभाग के सचिवालय के आतिथ्य कार्यालय में बनता है ।
पहचान-पत्र अहस्तांतरणीय है । किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के परिचय-पत्र/प्रवेश-पत्र के उपयोग करनें वाले कर्मचारियों के विरूद्ध अनुशासनात्मक या अन्य कानूनी कार्यवाही की जायेगी ।
पहचान-पत्र खो जाने पर इसकी सूचना तुरंत पुलिस थानें एवं सूचना पदाधिकअरियों को देनी चाहिये ।
पहचान-पत्र/प्रवेश-पत्र का वापस करना
सेवानिवृत्त होने पर/सेवा से निकाले जानें पर/स्थानांतरण होनें पर/निलम्बित होनें पर/सचिवालय से बाहर प्रतिनियुक्त होनें पर पहचान-पत्र/प्रवेश-पत्र वापस करना अनिवार्य है ।
नोट- सेवानिवृत्त्त एवं निलम्बन की स्थिति में अलग से 6 माह तक के लिये विशेष परिस्थिति में पास सूचना आने पर जारी किया जा सकता है ।

Dr CP Thakur conferred with WHO lifetime achievement award

PATNA: Senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha member Dr CP Thakur received the WHO lifetime achievement award for his contributions in the treatment and cure of dreaded disease Kala-azar in the Spanish city of Toledoon Saturday.

The WorldLeish 6 Congress Organising Committee, which selected Dr Tahkaur, who is renowned physician, for this coveted World Health Organisation (WHO) award, gave away the award in its 6th world congress in Toledo.

Dr Thakur, a former union minister, also addressed the conference on Leishmaniasis and his research papers on Kala-azar.

Meanwhile, BJP state working committee member Sanjeev Kumar Mishra congratulated Dr Thakur for his feat.


He said Dr Thakur was the first Indian to receive the WHO lifetime achievement award.

Yugpursh Mahatma Ke Mahatma to be staged in Patna on May 23

Patna: Jain Sangh will organise a play Yugpursh Mahatma Ke Mahatma at Rabindra Bhavan here on May 23.

The play which is an untold story in Indian history will begin at 7: 30 pm.

The play which is originally in Guajrati will be staged here in Hindi version.

Commemorating the glorious occasion of Shrimad Rajchandraji's 150th birth anniversary year, under the able guidance of Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshbhai, Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur presents the theater production, Yugpurush – Mahatma Ke Mahatma.

Yugpurush is a heart-touching and riveting portrayal of the profound relationship between Shrimadji and Gandhiji, depicting the transformation of Mohandas to the Mahatma. What began as an honest friendship, progressed to Gandhiji proclaiming Shrimadji as his spiritual mentor. Celebrated as the global messenger of nonviolence, Gandhiji remained indebted to the teachings of Shrimadji. Their bond initiated a brilliant new chapter in the cultural, political, and spiritual history of India, and of the world.

Yugpurush highlights the values of expanding one's capacity to love and give selflessly, respecting diversity, supporting truth, fostering trust, and building lasting communities. It brings to the forefront a powerful experience of looking within, upholding truth and fearlessness, and transforming character and consciousness. It revives a stirring spiritual legacy and the cultural philosophy of our nation. The legacies of Shrimadji and Gandhiji continue to offer new paradigms to global peace and human progress.

The play is directed by acclaimed director Rajesh Joshi and scripted by Uttam Gada. The music direction is by well-known composer duo Sachin–Jigar.

State-level political re-building convention on July 9

Patna: Swami Sahajanand Saraswati Vichar Kendra will organise a state-level political re-building convention at SK Memorial Hall here on July 9.

The decision was taken in a state-level seminar of Vichar Kendra at Bihar Industries Association hall in Saturday.

More than 10000 representatives from Brahmin and Bhumihar communities are expected to take part in the convention.

Noted social activist Bhup Narayan Singh presided over the seminar.

Devastating fire breaks out in GV Mall

Patna: A devastating fire broke out in the GV Mall located in the posh Boring Road locality here in the wee hours of Saturday causing huge loss of property worth crores of rupees as several shops on the third floor were completely destroyed.

More than one dozen of fire tenders rushed to the spot to tame the leaping flame.

Cause of the fire was stated to be short circuit. However, police are investing the matter.

Sources said several big shops including Hangout, Hangover, Studio 11, SBI Life Insurance, Radio Big FM and Petu Gali were completely gutted.

Several others shops including spa and ready-made garments too suffered substantial damage.

On getting the information, several senior police officers reached spot.

Sources pointed out that the back portion of the mall was totally destroyed in the fire.

Cyclonic storm kills 22 in Bihar

Patna: An early morning cyclonic storm laced with rains hit most parts of Bihar on Tuesday that reportedly took 22 lives and destroyed property worth several lakhs. The state government, however, stated that 15 persons were killed in squall.

Government also announced a compensation of Rs 4 lakhs each for the family members of the deceased.

In Patna, the storm hit around 5:30am in the morning and the strong wind uprooted many a trees causing impediments in the flow of traffic movements throughout the day on several important roads.

The electricity supply was also snapped for several hours and an under construction  pontoon bridge between Hajipur and Gaighat (Patna) was severely damaged.

The movement of railway traffic was also disturbed between Zamania and Dinha section of the East Central Railway for several hours as overhead wire was snapped due to storm.

District administration destroys 9645 liters of IMFL

Patna: District administration on Tuesday destroyed 9645 liters of India made foreign liquor (IMFL) kept in 17596 bottles at Bihar State Beverage Corporation Limited warehouse at Lakhanibigha (Khagaul) by road roller.

The entire operation was supervised by Patna district magistrate Sanjay Kumar Agrawal.

The entire lot was seized by the police in Fatuha on October 20, 2016 when it was transported in a  truck from Haryana to some location in Patna district.

Bihar government had imposed complete ban on sale,purchase and consumption of liquor in state since April 6, 2016.
